How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the following link:

Enter your Order number in the 'sender reference' field (eg BS1234)
Enter 'Bata' as the sender name

 

Can I shop instore? 

Yes - our shop is open Friday to Sunday 10am to 4pm
It is located at 3 Bata Place, Owhiro Bay, Wellington

 

What happens if something is out of stock? 

If you have placed your order and the item(s) are physically unavailable these item(s) will be cancelled off your order. Your will be notified by the store staff if alternatives are available. We only take payment for items that are being fulfilled.
