If for any reason you need to exchange/return your purchase; please contact us here stating your receipt number, date of purchase and reason for the return/exchange.

Items can be returned to us at:

Wellington

Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of receipted goods and refund/exchange will only be given if product are returned in the same condition and packaging you received.

We guarantee our products against manufacturing faults. We reserve the right to assess the fault to determine fair wear and tear; exchange/refund will be offered depending on the outcome.

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is $15 (including Rural delivery)

We only ship within New Zealand and are unable to ship to a PO Box or Private Bag address.

Orders are processed Friday to Sunday. Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

CLICK & COLLECT

If you would like to collect your order from the store please use the 'CLICK & COLLECT' option and select the day and time. Please note at the moment we are unable to offer click and collect for pick up in the weekends. The pick up address is 3 Bata Place, Owhiro Bay, Wellington.

RETURNS

We accept returns if the product is faulty or you have selected the wrong size. We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you wish to exchange sizes please place a new order for the size you would like. We will refund your original order when we have received the returned pair (less freight).
